With nearly two decades in the Real Estate Industry, I am pleased to say how much I love what I do! Everyday is an opportunity to work with people near and far to help make their dreams come true. I have spent virtually a lifetime in sales, starting with my family business as a teenager, so I truly understand the importance of client-focused service. While the economy may change, putting the needs of my clients first is something that never changes. My unique ability to relate to people is what makes me a leader in service and referrals.
I am licensed to practice Real Estate for Residential, Commercial, Rural and Property Management so can offer a variety of services to clients. I have always been a giver and from the time I entered into this career I knew there were places that needed improvement. As in every business you and your peers may need a shoulder to lean on or an ear for listening and sometimes more! When I got into this industry, I remember like it was yesterday the first day I walked into the brokerage, excited and yet nervous and apprehensive. Getting your license is one thing, doing the job and knowing all the contracts and forms is another. It was a passion of to help new and seasoned agents on the right path as this is paramount to their success. I decided to put a program together that I would teach how this business works and step by and that was the creation of my PA=R (Positive Action = Results).
In 2016 I won the Calgary Real Estate Board - Roar Mentorship Award mentoring new realtors as well as seasoned agents who were looking for coaching. My encouraging and warm personality combined with industry knowledge has helped many realtors get their careers on track, this still is one of my greatest professional accomplishments.
